City officials say developer quit paying for cleanup of Dubuque building ruins
The excavating crew hired to clean up the Dubuque Brewing and Malting Co. building's ruins at 3000 Jackson St. left the property last week after the property owner quit paying them, city officials told the Dubuque City Council on Monday.
